About the Role

We are seeking a people-focused Production Manager to lead warehouse manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement while building a culture rooted in continuous improvement.

As a key leader, you’ll be highly visible on the floor—coaching teams, improving processes, and ensuring operational excellence every day.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve high performance
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and engagement
  • Support employee training, development, and retention
Safety & Compliance
  • Champion a strong safety culture through LOTO, BBSO, and 5S initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and lead by example on the floor
Operational Excellence
  • Conduct daily Gemba walks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events
  • Identify and resolve production challenges to improve efficiency
Production & Performance
  • Drive production output, quality standards, and on-time delivery
  • Manage staffing levels and labor efficiency
  • Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity within ERP systems
Employee Engagement
  • Lead team meetings and communication efforts
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs
  • Build a positive, high-performing team environment
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
