Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in the Greater Indianapolis area, with flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential customers, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and sales technologies
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in product knowledge and the ability to articulate value propositions
- Experience in B2B sales or a related role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
