Micah Weir is a lifelong resident of Johnson County, Indiana, and a 1998 graduate of Franklin Community High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2006 before dedicating his career to the construction industry. Having lived in Franklin for over 40 years, he remains committed to the local community’s growth and economic vitality.
As the Director of Commercial Project Development for T&W Design & Build, Micah brings over 25 years of experience to the firm’s leadership. His background in both field operations and office management allows him to bridge the gap between clients and design teams throughout the project lifecycle. His oversight includes development, planning, design, site preparation and vertical construction from inception to completion.
Micah’s professional expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including multi-family, mixed-use, lodging, healthcare and industrial facilities such as warehouses, manufacturing and transportation. He also specializes in the construction of churches as well as complex repurposing and renovation projects. His career includes a ten-year period specializing in hotel development across New York, Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Missouri and Georgia.
