About Us

Leadership Johnson County is a nonprofit, non-political educational program that develops citizens’ personal leadership skills and enhances their knowledge of county issues. LJC believes strong leadership skills increase productivity in our community and businesses, creating stronger and better citizens. Participants vary in gender, age, occupation, education and represent all Johnson County communities.

Since 1993 LJC has been training leaders in their community. With an alumni network of nearly 1,000 graduates, LJC is helping lead the way to a better Johnson County. Contact Tandy Shuck for more information.
