A Franklin native, Eric is a 1998 graduate of Franklin Community High School and a 2002 graduate of Indiana University. He has deep family roots in Franklin and currently resides here with his wife Jamie, son Griffin and daughter Eva.
Eric is the Owner and Principal at Leugers Insurance Group which is located in downtown Franklin. They are an independent agency offering a variety of insurance-related products from numerous reputable carriers. Prior to entering the insurance industry in 2016, Eric worked in the non-profit and private sectors for 15 years. He held the position of General Manager for two different Central Indiana-based companies and has experience in multi-facility operations, manufacturing and data management.
Eric is very active in the Franklin community as a Franklin Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Advisory Board member at Horizon Bank, Franklin Rotary Club member and Chairperson for the Jim Rhoades Memorial Hog Roast. He has also coached youth baseball and football for the past 6 years.
Eric enjoys any activity that gets him outdoors including golfing, cycling, hiking and fishing. He especially loves traveling and sharing new adventures with his family.
