The Franklin Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team! This vital role is designed for a visionary professional who excels in marketing, building connections and is passionate about fostering relationships for growth and engagement within the business community of Franklin and Johnson County.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain members
• Develop creative and engaging content on multiple social media platforms
• Maintain the chamber’s newsletter, website, community directory and email marketing content and strategies
• Onboard new chamber members
• Attend and represent the chamber at various events throughout the year
• Assist the Chamber President and CEO on various special projects throughout the year
• Assist in stewardship and engagement of sponsor relations
• Greet and assist guests and members who visit the office
• Monitor suggestions, proposals and requests from the membership and translate them into action consistent with the fundamental objectives and policies of the chamber

Key Skills

• Enthusiastic willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
• Excellent verbal and creative writing skills
• High-level social media skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
