If so we are looking for caring, compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Residential (AL/IL) Unit. - Supervise staff nurses, R.N., LPN's, QMA's and CNA's. Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid/current Indiana nursing license.

Residential Unit Manager - Organize, Supervise and Evaluate Resident Care

-Conduct walking rounds at the beginning and end of shift, evaluating resident's response to treatment and observing care provided by licensed and non-licensed personnel.

- Perform nursing assessments using current practice guidelines when there are changes in the resident's clinical condition.

- Requests and assures supplies and equipment are available to perform care and treatment as required by the resident.

- Notify or assure notification is made to the attending physician, resident, or sponsor or significant changes in medical condition.

- Assure nursing care is being provided and documented in accordance with the plan of care.

- Assure facility medical records policies and procedures are adhered to.

- Develop support staff daily shift assignments based on current plans of care and staff qualifications.
