Responsibilities and Duties
Job Summary: Otterbein Franklin's Nurses know, support, and follow unit and facility philosophy, standards, policies and procedures. Provide direct care to residents. Coordinate, supervise and evaluate care to assigned residents.
Use, interpret, and convey information related to facility policies and procedures.
Monitor assigned staff for adherence to facility policies and procedures.
When necessary, provide total resident care for a selected group of residents.
Administer medications and/or treatments for all or a selected group of residents, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Supervise QMA and CNA, if assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Education and/or Experience: Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse graduate from accredited or state approved school of nursing with a current license to practice in the State of Indiana, in good standing. *All openings require valid IN licenses or certifications.
