Description

Due to the successes of our FQHC clinics, we have been able to reevaluate our compensation model for this role and are pleased to be able to offer highly competitive compensation to coincide with our excellent benefits package.

The Licensed Outpatient Therapist will provide culturally competent mental health services to children, adults, and their families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties due to life situations or mental health concerns. We have two positions available. One located in Greenwood, and the second located in Franklin. Both are temporarily using Telehealth during the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical mental health therapy
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling
  • Complete clinical documentation within required timeframes
  • Work hours must be maintained in a way that is responsive to client needs
  • Actively participate as a positive treatment team member
  • Keep current with updated research and best practices
  • Maintain proficiency in use of electronic health record (EHR)
Requirements
  • Masters in social work or other license-eligible field
  • Two years of clinical experience treating persons/families with addictions and/or mental illness
  • Must be licensed in the state of Indiana holding an LMHC, LMFT, LCAC and/or LCSW
  • Knowledge of industry best practices
  • Skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
  • Skill in working with a variety of cultures
  • Skill in working independently and implementing time management strategies
  • Ability to provide necessary self-care
  • Ability to demonstrate positive team interactions with other clinic staff
