A local south side plumbing supply company is hiring a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant!
Job Summary/Company Information:
• This position will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and assisting or directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Assisting Accounts Receivable/Payable department with scanning and filing of scheduled AR documents and weekly balancing of cash accounts.
• Assisting with other administrative duties or minor HR duties as needed.
• HR duties could include helping maintain job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining company handbook.
• $14-$15/hr based on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
• HS diploma or equivalent
• General understanding of accounting practices and principles, specifically in AP/AR
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Willingness to learn and help where needed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
